The solid content, viscosity and other indicators of TL101F model can be adjusted according to customer needs;

Scope of application：

1. Applicable processes: pigment dyeing, manual table, roller, rotary screen, flat screen, pigment printing, and spray painting.

2. Applicable fabrics: cotton, polyester cotton, acrylic, polyester, knitwear, terry fabric, silk products, etc.

3. Suitable for all kinds of paint pastes.

Main advantages：　

1. Milky white, pH 6.5-7, anionic type, it can be naturally dried and solidified at room temperature ≥ 25 ℃/24 hours in manual printing and without baking conditions. The hand softness of the printed or dyed fabric is close to the style of active printing and dyeing, and greatly saves energy. Even when baked at high temperature (190 oC), it will not turn yellow and remain transparent.

2. There is no need to add cross-linking agent. The color paste after preparation has good stability. It can be stored in a container with a lid for 15 days without skin on the surface.

3. Printed products have soft hand feel, good fastness and bright colors. This series of products can be adjusted and used according to different seasonal temperature and technological conditions.

4. It can be co printed with AH series synthetic thickener, PTF, etc., or with emulsion slurry A (the latter is not recommended, because it will pollute the environment).

Regard

1. When using AH series adhesives, do not add crosslinking agents FH and EH, otherwise flocculation will occur;

2. The thickness of adhesive can be adjusted with ammonia or urea;

3. Sizing sequence: mix 1.5-2.5% thickener with tap water (deionized water is preferred if conditions permit) for 5-10min with a high-speed beater to make atomic pulp, place it so that the atomic pulp can be fully expanded and stabilized, and then add AH series products and paint color paste to make uniform pulp for use. The printing paste has good stability.

Packaging and storage：　

1. 200KG iron bucket, 50KG, 125KG, 150KG plastic bucket packaging;

2. The shelf life of indoor storage, ventilation and drying shall be from minus 2 ℃ to+40 ℃ for half a year.
