Scope of application：

1. Applicable process: roller, rotary screen, flat screen, pigment printing, pigment dyeing, spray painting, etc.

2. Applicable fabrics: cotton, polyester cotton, acrylic, polyester, knitwear, terry fabric, silk products, etc.

3. Suitable for all kinds of paint pastes.

Main advantages:

1. AH synthetic thickener is a viscous product, so it is easy to mix and use.

2. The color paste can be prepared quickly and can be burnt in a few minutes under high-speed stirring.

3. It is suitable for "post thickening", that is, when the consistency of the color paste is not enough, add a small amount of stirring to thicken it, so as to finely control the thickness of the color paste.

4. The printing paste prepared by the thickener is stable in storage and will not go mouldy or deteriorate.

5. Printing with AH series thickener has easy desizing and high color yield.

6. Compared with PTF, AH-Z1 and Z2 products are cheap and can create certain economic benefits for users.

Regard

1. When using AH series adhesives, do not add crosslinking agents FH and EH, otherwise flocculation will occur;

2. Sizing sequence: mix 1.5-2.5% thickener with tap water (deionized water is preferred if conditions permit) for 5-10min with a high-speed beater to make atomic pulp, place it so that the atomic pulp can be fully expanded and stabilized, and then add AH series products and paint color paste to make uniform pulp for use. The printing paste has good stability.

Packaging and storage：

1. 200KG iron bucket, 50KG, 125KG, 150KG plastic bucket packaging;

2. The shelf life of indoor storage, ventilation and drying shall be from minus 2 ℃ to+40 ℃ for half a year.
